Digitizing: $30 one-time charge.  (EVERY art file requires digitizing the first time it is embroidered.  Exact re-orders without any changes to art do not require digitizing again)

Thread Color Change: $12 per color changed

Personalized Names: $7 per word on one line of text (Must use an Embroidery Stock Font and choose a size of 3/8", 1/2", or 5/8" high for letters)

One-Way Ship (This applies if you bring your own garments and we need to ship them to our embroidery shop.  If using our garments, there is no ship charge because the items are delivered FREE from our vendor to our embroidery shop)

EVERY art file requires digitizing the first-time it is ordered.  There is a $30 one-time charge for this absolutely necessary service.  Digitizing means converting the art file into a language the embroidery machine will understand to let it know where, when, what and how to stitch.  To insure the accuracy of the art, colors,  and thread count, we do not accept or use any digitized files other than the ones we create.

EXACT re-orders without any changes to art do not require digitizing again.
